Three bean enchiladas oven-baked with cheddar and

monterey jack cheese.  Finished with fresh salsa, sour

cream roasted corn, green onions and diced tomatoes.

Served with Spanish rice.

CHICKEN YAKISOBA - $15.00

Chicken breast, broccoli, green cabbage, onions and

carrots stir-fried with our sweet & spicy soy sauce then

tossed with ramen noodles.  Topped with toasted sesame

and green onions.

COCONUT CURRY - $14.00

Sauteed spinach, crisp red bell peppers, red onions,

grape tomatoes and your choice of chicken breast, black

tiger prawns or tofu simmered in our house-made

coconut curry cream sauce.  Finished with toasted

coconut and green onions.  Served on basmati rice with

grilled tandoori naan bread.

POLYNESIAN CHICKEN - $16.00

Slow roasted chicken leg smothered in our Polynesian

pineapple glaze.  Served on a bed of rice with seasonal

vegetables.
